The Dining Room is the latest innovation from Raffles Jakarta. The Dining Room adapts to each occasion: special events, culinary collaborations with guest chefs, or restaurant takeovers. The possibilities are truly endless.

Our September Culinary Collaborations feature Chef Tonn of Le Du, Bangkok on 14 September and Chef Maxie Millian of Sang Saka, Bali on 18 & 19 September.

The chef

Guest Chef Tonn of Le Du, Bangkok

Tonn’s mother’s and grandmother’s cooking inspired his culinary passion. Chef Tonn pursued his dream at the Culinary Institute of America, and worked at Eleven Madison Park, The Modern, and Jean Georges in New York. Returning to Thailand with a vision to elevate Thai cuisine, he now runs the kitchens at Le Du (#14 on Asia’s 50 Best 2018) and Baan.
