The chef

Chef Julien Royer from Odette, Singapore

Award-winning chef Julien Royer, is co-owner of Odette, a 3-Michelin star Modern French restaurant which serves Modern French Cuisine that is guided by Chef Julien’s lifelong respect for seasonality, terroir and artisanal produce. The restaurant received numerous accolades under Royer’s leadership, and in 2019 Odette became Singapore and Asia’s Best Restaurant.
