Bikini’s unapologetic journey takes guests from delicate bites and moreish mouthfuls to eye-catching shared plates, before finishing with decadent desserts that balance both sweetness and freshness. The entire experience can be paired with the bespoke cocktails matched by Head Mixologist Arey Barker.
“The menu is a fusion of what’s in season, what’s available locally and what I love to cook. We have broken it down to five courses or stages, allowing us to be as inventive and diverse on flavours, creating a fun and easy-going dining experience” says Vincent.
