Summary of Responsibilities
A Junior Sous Chef – Pastry is in charge and works closely with Pastry Chef in determining the quality and quantity of food and work on the weekly schedule. Maintain high food preparation and service standards in the pastry kitchen.
Candidates for this position must be team players who are genuinely passionate about giving good service to guests at all times through excellent products to exceed their expectations. To be successful in the job, candidates must be able to lead and monitor all junior colleagues, and be able to speak English, and a Diploma in Culinary is mandatory.
