Serving rich Indonesian cuisine in a modern setting, using local ingredients, cooking techniques, serving styles, and rituals that are part of the culinary culture and heritage.
In Bahasa Indonesia, Nusantara means “archipelago,” and as the world’s largest archipelago with more than 17,000 islands and more than 300 distinct ethnic groups, Indonesia has been blessed with rich culinary diversity and one of the most vibrant and colourful cuisines in the world, full of intense flavour.
At the Pop-Up Restaurant on Level 2, you will explore Chef Maliki’s take on Indonesian cuisine and its flavors, ranging from Gado Gado to Sate Lilit & Kambing Guling. You will also experience Indonesian traditional drinks and dessert culture in a special Indonesian theme-set ambiance. Iftar at Nusantara by Raffles is an opportunity to experience high-quality and skillfully prepared dishes by Raffles Jakarta Culinary team.
