Raffles Jakarta’s renowned dining destination, with its intimate dining area and state-of-the-art show kitchen – is home to the city’s most intriguing restaurant takeovers and star-studded culinary collaborations. Since its unveiling in 2019, leading international guest chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants and Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants have been making their way to The Dining Room.

With just 50 seats, The Dining Room is exclusively built to satiate discerning appetites for world-class gastronomic experiences.


Chef Ollie Bridgwater

With a decade-long association at the Fat Duckand Heston, Ollie Bridgwater is embracing a new venture, taking the mantle of Gilpin’s one Michelin-starred, 4 AA Rosette restaurant, now rebranded as ‘Source’.

Chef Liam Nichols

A Norwich native, Liam Nichols has been venturing in kitchens across the world. Hailed back to his hometown to showcase his playful and exciting cooking, he brings passion to the coveted one Michelin Star restaurant STORE.

Meet Chef Liam Nichols at The Dining Room as the second act of British Soirée at Raffles.

Chef Lewis Barker

Having honed his culinary experience for over a decade, including stints at 3 of Asia’s most renowned Michelin starred restaurants as well as Australia’s very best. His own restaurant, Sommer, was awarded One Michelin Star after just 6 months of operation, and retained ever since.

Chef Lewis Barker will brings his own creativity to The Dining Room as the third act of British Soirée at Raffles.

Chef Steve Lancaster

A name watched by industry observers since his arrival in Singapore, Steve is an alumnus of various Michelin starred establishments around the globe. His own restaurant, Poise in Singapore, was awarded one Michelin Star within its first year of opening.

Chef Steve Lancaster will be at The Dining Room as the fourth act of British Soirée at Raffles.

Chef Alex Dilling

Born in London but raised in America, his culinary journey started when working for the master of French gastronomy, Alain Ducasse. His unrivalled technical ability makes him one of the world’s greatest culinary talents.He opening his first stand-alone restaurant in the summer of 2022, “Alex Dilling at the Café Royal” and awarded Two-Michelin Star.

Chef Alex Dilling will be at The Dining Room as the fifth act of British Soirée at Raffles.
